Goal Setting for private Trainers

This article teaches personal trainers the way to truly define their business goals by determining what they're true market is and the way their services offer solutions that others don't.

The most important step in any endeavor, and therefore the step that the majority skip right over, is defining your goal(s) for fulfillment.

The definition of success is:

Success : (n) The achievement of something desired, planned, or attempted. The important question here is, "What is your definition of success".

How will you recognize if you're on the proper track and making strides to your destination, or goal?

How will you recognize when you've arrived?

Well, unfortunately, most fitness professionals, although they are doing well helping their clients define their goals, don't take the time to define their own goals for themselves or their business. And without having specific goals, you're driving around aimlessly hoping to eventually find yourself at your goal accidentally.

So, it is time for a few homework.

What? You didn't know you'd even have to try to something? You thought that just reading this series of newsletters was all you'd need to do? If that is the case, you ought to unsubscribe now and continue doing what you have been doing and getting what you have been getting. I promote my business proudly and that I am recognized because of the Sports Improvement Specialist within the industry.

- For your business to achieve success, what wouldn't it "look" like?

ie: My Sports Improvement Studio may be a state of the art facility with the foremost leading-edge training equipment available. Athletes of all levels and from all sports come here knowing they're going to reach the goals they need set for themselves. My studio is clean, comfortable, and always busy.

- For you to achieve success financially, what you (you're business) got to generate?

ie: I earn in more than $500,000 dollars per annum in passive income which allows me to measure the life I always dreamed of.

- to succeed in this level of success, what are you willing to do?

ie: a day I take steps to form my goals a reality.

The last statement on your list should be: "I need to be rich and happy because I add value to other peoples' lives"

When you are reading this list aloud a minimum of twice per day, make certain to vividly and emotionally visualize the result. See yourself working within your studio with elite athletes (in this example). See yourself talking together with your staff. See the studio altogether it's glory. See yourself enjoying the life you usually wanted.

In scientific studies performed, brainwave activity was measured in Olympic athletes while they performed their specific event. They were measured while an equivalent athlete vividly imagined performing the event. The brainwave activities were equivalent. Your mind can't determine the difference between reality and vivid imagination.

By changing your mindset to at least one of success and goal achievement, the minor steps on the way to get there'll begin to flow to you and concepts will begin flooding your mind like never before.
